1. When will my shoes arrive?
At Auzori, we operate on a made-to-order model to ensure each pair is meticulously handcrafted for every customer. Our processing time is approximately 12–15 business days, following which your order will be dispatched. This approach allows us to deliver shoes that are freshly made, of good quality, and in the best possible condition.
2. How do you deliver the order?
We work with multiple trusted logistic partners who specialise in shipping across India.
3. Is my order delivered securely?
You will always receive your order in a branded tamper proof bag which can be opened by tearing / cutting it. In case you believe your package has been tampered with, please make sure you immediately take a photograph of the the same and get in touch with our customer service team on hello@shopauzori.com.
3. Do you ship PAN India?
We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders to most places within India. In the scenario, that your pin code isn't serviceable through our website, please contact us on hello@shopauzori.com and we will try and get it to you! We charge a nominal fee of Rs.150 for COD orders.
4. Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for orders shipped within India.
Under this model, we require a 10% advance payment at the time of placing your order as a security deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid upon delivery. As a young and growing business, this measure helps us minimize the risk of COD-related fraud, which has become increasingly common, and ensures that our handcrafted products reach only genuinely interested buyers.
A nominal fee of ₹150 is charged for COD orders. Before processing, our team will contact you via call to verify your order. If you are unable to answer, we will follow up with a WhatsApp message. Please note that unconfirmed orders will not be processed.
In case of an exchange or return, the ₹150 COD fee is a one-time, non-refundable service charge and will be deducted from the overall bill value.

5. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship PAN India. In case you'd like to know more about getting our shoes shipped internationally, please write to us on hello@shopauzori.com and we will assist you further.
Please Note: During peak shopping season (surge in package volume), unforeseen situations (including but not limited to natural calamities, pandemic, strikes, technical issues with delivery partner, theft of package, etc.) or inclement weather conditions, there may be potential delays in the shipment of your order.
